END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR
RENDERFARM COMMANDER
This License Agreement ("AGREEMENT") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Bruce Rayne for RenderFarm Commander which includes any updates, supplements, associated software components, media, printed materials and "online" or electronic documentation. By installing, downloading, copying or otherwise using RenderFarm Commander, you agree to be bound by the terms of this AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to the terms of this AGREEMENT, do not install or use RenderFarm Commander and remove any copies of RenderFarm Commander from your computer.

RENDERFARM COMMANDER LICENSE
RenderFarm Commander is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. RenderFarm Commander is licensed, not sold. RenderFarm Commander is available in three different configurations: RenderFarm Commander Free ("RFC FREE"), RenderFarm Commander Hobby ("RFC HOBBY") and RenderFarm Commander Pro ("RFC PRO").

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This AGREEMENT grants you the following rights:
a) RFC FREE. You may freely use, copy and distribute RFC FREE as long as it is not sold, and all original files are included. You are NOT allowed to make a charge for distributing this Software (either for profit or merely to recover your media and distribution costs) whether as a stand-alone product, or as part of a compilation or anthology, without explicit prior written permission.
b) RFC HOBBY. You may install, use, access, display, run or otherwise interact with ("RUN") one copy of RFC HOBBY on a single computer or workstation ("COMPUTER").
c) RFC PRO. You may RUN as many copies of RFC PRO as required, provided that it is not given, sold, distributed or transferred to another individual or single entity.

2. REGISTRATION NUMBERS
Any Registration Numbers that have been supplied to you for the activation of RFC HOBBY or RFC PRO, are not to be given out to anyone.

3. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
a) Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble RenderFarm Commander, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
b) Rental. You may not rent, lease or lend RenderFarm Commander.
c) Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Bruce Rayne may terminate this AGREEMENT if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT. In such event, you must remove all copies of RenderFarm Commander from your computer.

3. COPYRIGHT
All title and copyrights in and to RenderFarm Commander (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations and text incorporated into RenderFarm Commander) the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of RenderFarm Commander are owned by Bruce Rayne. RenderFarm Commander is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat RenderFarm Commander like any other copyrighted material.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
RenderFarm Commander and accompanying documentation (including instructions for use) are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, further, Bruce Rayne does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use, or the results of use of RenderFarm Commander or documentation in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, currentness, or otherwise. The entire risk as to the results and performance of RenderFarm Commander is assumed by you. Bruce Rayne disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, that is made by Bruce Rayne, on this product. No oral or written information or advice given by Bruce Rayne or its distributors shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty and you may not rely on any such information or advice. Neither Bruce Rayne nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production or delivery of this product shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use such product even if Bruce Rayne has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Should any other warranties be found to exist, such warranties shall be limited in duration to ninety (90) days following the date of delivery to you. In no event will Bruce Rayne’s liability for any damages to you or any other person exceed the amount paid for the license to use RenderFarm Commander.
